Work at Fajerwerki Lider

We are growing.
Join our team.

We develop online sales, wholesale and show operations. As our location in Wasilków grows, we are building a new Fajerwerki Lider team.

We are looking for three people with different skills. We do not expect you to know the entire pyrotechnics industry from day one. We are looking for independent, responsible, committed people who want to learn our industry.

However, we are not looking for someone who is completely indifferent to what the company does. We want to work with people who are genuinely interested in this industry.

Independence We are looking for people who can think and act without being led by the hand.
Commitment We can teach the industry. Attitude to work is much harder to teach.
Responsibility We work with customers, goods and an industry that requires precision.
A few words about us

This is what our team looks like from the inside

Our team has been made up mostly of women for years. And this does not apply only to customer service or office work.

We ourselves work in the warehouse, pack orders, receive and unload deliveries, prepare equipment and take part in professional pyrotechnic shows.

That is why for positions that require physical work we primarily look at fitness, strength, responsibility and willingness to work — not gender.

We like a normal atmosphere.

We value direct communication and people you can be yourself around.

We are not interested in judging anyone based on their private life, appearance or whether they fit some particular template.

What matters most to us is what kind of person you are and how you work.

Check whether we fit

Not sure if you'll enjoy working with us?

Let's check it right away.

You will probably fit well with us if:

  • you like concrete work and don't wait for someone to outline every next task for you,
  • you can independently look for a solution to a problem before saying "it can't be done",
  • you do well in a place where everyone has their own responsibilities but we can help each other when needed,
  • you like people and can communicate with them normally,
  • you feel comfortable in a small team where each person has a real impact on how the company operates,
  • you can take feedback without getting offended and can also speak up when you see a better solution,
  • you prefer a fast-moving company to a place where every small decision needs five levels of approval,
  • you are not afraid to learn new things,
  • and of course — you really like fireworks.
It may be harder to get along if:

you are looking for a job where you perform the same unchanging set of duties for eight hours straight or you need very rigid procedures for every small situation.

We are a small, growing team. People who join us now will have a real impact not only on their work but also on how their positions will look as the company develops further.
